It supports a variety of documents commonly required in the KYC processes of individuals and companies.

  • Individuals: Identification cards, sources of funds, acts of incorporation, financial statements, powers of attorney, among others.
  • Companies: On average, 9 documents need to be reviewed, including constituent acts, powers of attorney, balance sheets and TINs. The documents of a legal entity on average are 10 pages long. OCR Automates the extraction and validation of all relevant data.

  • OCR allows you to quickly process simple powers of attorney, where powers are granted to a person with an individual signature.
  • Complex powers of attorney can be processed, involving many people who are grouped together and different sets of signatures are defined for certain powers that may have certain limitations.

Comparator and extracted information

The information extracted from the documents is available for consumption through APIs, or for export and use in Excel or other systems.
  • Complif offers a comparator so that the analyst can quickly evaluate the extracted information and compare it with the original document.
  • The sections from which the information was extracted are automatically highlighted.
