She holds a law degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a master's degree in Law and Economics from the University of Manchester, the University of Hamburg and the University of Rotterdam. He has worked in the public, private and academic sectors. Specialist in financial, securities, commercial and tax law. He worked at the National Banking and Securities Commission, leading the design and development of the FinTech Act and later, its implementation within that Commission.
